Debtor, Consumers Realty & Development Company, Inc. ("Debtor") appeals from the January 14, 1999, order of the bankruptcy court1 allowing the claim of Sandra Goetze as the sole owner of the claim in the amount of $193,535.85. Sandra Goetze cross-appeals as to the bankruptcy court's denial of interest on her claim. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
