("Palo"), its owner, Abraham Joshua, and Joshua's other business, Ramsdell Foster Care ("Ramsdell"), from violating certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA" or "Act"), and to recover unpaid wages owed to Defendants' employees plus statutory liquidated damages.
