In the report accepted by the IAS Court, the Referee found that defendant husband had "waived" any interest in the wife's pension and that the husband was "holding $90,000," which was marital property subject to equitable distribution, and that he owned a Growth Plus Account worth $5,000, which also was marital property. However, the record was insufficient to support the Referee's findings. The only evidence in the record as to the $90,000 indicates that it was an inheritance...
