On appeal from his bench trial conviction for murder, in violation of Code § 18.2-32, robbery, in violation of Code § 18.2-58, and statutory burglary, in violation of Code § 18.2-91, Carl Lee Williams contends (1) that the trial court erred in admitting certain evidence, and (2) that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction.
