Opinion

SPEAR, J.

The plaintiff chief of police of the Hartford police department appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal from the decision of the freedom of information commission (commission). The plaintiff sought a review of the commission's decision ordering the plaintiff to disclose documents relating to an internal affairs investigation. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
