Following a jury trial in New York Supreme Court, County of Queens, petitioner was convicted of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. On May 9, 1994, the Appellate Division, Second Department, unanimously affirmed petitioner's judgment of conviction. People v. Campbell, 204 A.D.2d 474, 614 N.Y.S.2d 170
