Richard and Donna Guess appeal from the February 5, 1999, order of the bankruptcy court1 determining the debt owed to them by James Keim and Tracy McFadin is not excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B). The defendants appeal from evidentiary and post-judgment rulings as well as some of the court's findings of fact. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
