In their First Amendment Complaint ("Amended Complaint"), Plaintiffs Minds-Eye-View, Inc. ("MEV") and Ford Oxaal ("Oxaal"), the President of MEV, allege six claims against Defendant Interactive Pictures Corporation ("IPIX") arising out of alleged misuse of trade secrets which Plaintiffs provided to the Defendant.
