[¶ 1.] Piper Jaffray, Inc. (Piper) and David Stevens (Stevens), appeal circuit court orders denying their joint motion to stay proceedings and compel arbitration in an action filed by David Dinsmore (Dinsmore).

[¶ 2.] We reverse and remand.
