On November 20, 1998, Plaintiff, Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation ("Wheeling-Pitt") filed its First Amended Complaint which sets forth three (3) counts. On December 8, 1998, all defendants, various importers of Japanese and Russian hot-rolled steel, filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
