Appellant was charged with the offense of credit card abuse. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 32.31 (Vernon 1994). Appellant pleaded guilty and was assessed a sentence of two years in the state jail facility, probated for two years, and a $500.00 fine. See TEX.CODE CRIM. PROC.
