Aurora Medical Group appeals from the circuit court order affirming the Department of Workforce Development's decision regarding Kristine E. Meyers' complaint that her employer, Aurora, refused to honor her request to substitute paid sick time for unpaid statutory family leave. The Department concluded that even though Meyers was not eligible to take sick leave under the terms of Aurora's sick pay plan, Aurora discriminated against
