The defendants Frank Lomangino and Adrienne Lomangino1 appeal from the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Close, Jensen and Miller, P.C. The jury rendered verdicts in favor of the plaintiff on both its complaint and on the defendants' counterclaim. On appeal, the defendants claim that the trial court improperly (1) prohibited them from using the deposition of one of the plaintiff's former employees...
