The plaintiff, Tiffany Fouts, through her mother, Tracy Jensen, appeals from a summary judgment ruling dismissing her claim against the defendant, Winifred Barker. Fouts seeks damages against Barker for personal injuries she received from a dog bite on property Barker owned.
