Michael Dean Wilkins was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated robbery, and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. He claims that his convictions for conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated robbery, and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery must be reversed on the basis of a 2-year statute of limitations.
