Roberts appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Separators, Inc. in his Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 215 et seq., and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., suit.
