PER CURIAM.

Because appellant's Rule 60(b) motion did not toll the time for appealing the Territorial Court's dismissal of these actions for lack of prosecution, appellant's appeal of the dismissal was not timely. We, therefore, lack jurisdiction to review the order of dismissal. We do, however, have jurisdiction to consider appellant's timely appeal of the trial court's denial of the Rule...
