Anthony H. Patton appeals his conviction for driving while his license was suspended after having had his driver's license suspended twice before, in violation of K.S.A. 1998 Supp. 8-262(a)(1)(C), a severity level 9, nonperson felony. Patton was sentenced to 16 months' imprisonment.
