In October 1997, the DEBTORS encountered financial difficulties and sought the advice of a bankruptcy attorney. They were advised that they had too much equity in their residence to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition. Their circumstances worsened and fearing that their home might be lost to foreclosure, the DEBTORS sold it to Mr. Ziegler's sister, Donna J. Ziegler...
