[¶ 1] John Emter appealed from a divorce judgment contending the trial court erred in distributing the marital property and in awarding Karen permanent spousal support and attorney fees. Karen cross-appealed also claiming the trial court erred in dividing the marital property. We conclude the trial court failed to provide an adequate factual basis on the valuation of property to permit review of its division of the marital property, and we therefore...
