Abdul Salau Ogembe pled guilty before this court to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and is now before the court to be sentenced. Mr. Ogembe now requests a downward departure pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 5K2.0 for several factors that he argues were inadequately considered by the Sentencing Commission...
