Debtor Bruce D. Yanke appeals the Judgment of the Bankruptcy Court1 ordering that Minnesota Trust Company of Austin ("Minnesota Trust") recover from Yanke the sum of $191,806.14 plus costs, and declaring that debt to be excepted from Yanke's discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).

We have jurisdiction to hear this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(b) and (c).
