HOOVER, J.

Elmer J.K. III appeals a nonfinal order waiving juvenile court jurisdiction.1 Elmer claims that the circuit court lacked jurisdiction to grant the waiver because the Menominee Indian Tribe maintained ongoing exclusive jurisdiction over him and the circuit court incorrectly waived him because it failed to rely on proper waiver criteria under § 938.18(5), STATS. We reject Elmer's arguments and affirm the circuit court's order...
