Pending before the Court is plaintiffs' motion for attorneys fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1447(c) for improper removal. (Docket # 15) In essence, plaintiffs claim that defendants' removal was frivolous and thus should be sanctioned for "acting in bad faith, vexatiously and wantonly."
