FLAHERTY, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Terry Ray Chamberlain, was convicted by a jury in the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County of two counts of murder of the first degree, and one count each of burglary and possessing an instrument of crime. At the sentencing phase, the jury returned a verdict of death.1 The court imposed a death sentence for the murder convictions and a five to ten year term in prison...
