This adversary proceeding is before the Court pursuant to the Bankruptcy Trustee's Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and For Turnover of Property. The Bankruptcy Trustee seeks to terminate a trust, in which one of the debtors is a beneficiary, and recover the proceeds of said trust for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate.
