BRODERICK, J.

After a jury trial in Superior Court (Gray, J.), the defendant, David Paulsen, was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, I(j)(2) (1996), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, RSA 639:3, III (1996). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for resentencing.
