Numerous motions are pending in this case challenging enforcement of an allegedly unconstitutional trespass policy in several Frederick City public housing communities. Most pressing are the plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction, which has been fully heard, and their more recent motion to amend the complaint to add an additional resident plaintiff.
