Johnnie Shackelford filed suit against her former employer, Deloitte & Touche, L.L.P. ("D&T"). Shackelford's suit alleges that D & T discriminated and retaliated against her in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as well as other federal and Texas state laws.
