Nils Holmgren appeals a judgment and an order requiring him to pay $36,701.41 in restitution to his employer, Shawano Municipal Utilities, after he pled no contest to the crime of felony theft by an employee, contrary to § 943.20(1)(b), STATS.1 He contests several items of the circuit court's restitution order on grounds that the items are not for "crime[s] considered at sentencing...
