Appellant herein and defendant below, Millard Oscar Mann (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Mann"), appeals from an October 5, 1998, order entered by the Circuit Court of Mingo County sentencing Mr. Mann to thirty years of imprisonment after a Mingo County jury found him guilty of aggravated robbery.
