Defendant was tried before a jury and convicted of trafficking in cocaine in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. Defendant now challenges the denial of his motion for new trial and motion in limine to suppress cocaine that was found in his gym bag during a roadside search of a car in which he was a passenger.
