The Grievance Committee served the respondent with a petition containing four charges of professional misconduct against him. After a hearing, the Special Referee sustained all four charges. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report. The respondent and his counsel have submitted affidavits in opposition, seeking to disaffirm the Special Referee's report with respect to Charge One...
