Plaintiffs-Appellants Wayne Ahlers, a corrections officer, and Nina Ahlers, Wayne's wife, appeal a district court decision granting summary judgment to Defendants for alleged constitutional violations and assorted state tort claims arising out of Wayne Ahlers's arrest for alleged sexual misconduct with a female detainee.
