James Stephen Jones ("Jones"), a federal prisoner, appeals the denial of his pro se 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion, in which he challenges his conviction for using and carrying a firearm in relation to the commission of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1).
