POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

Convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 846, Pierre Parsee and Everette Harrison appeal, challenging, inter alia, certain Batson1 and evidentiary rulings of the trial court.2 For the reasons assigned, we affirm.
