RULON, J.:

Defendants, the Kansas Human Rights Commission (KHRC) and Donald Reed, appeal from an order of the district court reversing the KHRC's determination that Seaman Unified School District No. 345 (USD 345) discriminated against its employee, Reed, based upon his disability under the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination (KAAD), K.S.A. 44-1001 et seq. We affirm.
