Larry Phillips, proceeding pro se, appeals both the trial court's order denying his motion to correct illegal sentences and its subsequent order dismissing his motion for reconsideration. Phillips contends the sentences he received for child molestation and sexual exploitation of children, among other things, in 1990 and in 1994, after entering negotiated pleas, are illegal.
