The plaintiff, Eric Rumbin, appeals the trial court's judgment rendered in favor of the defendant after that court granted the defendant's motion to strike all counts of the plaintiffs complaint. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly found that the complaint failed to state a claim for which relief may be granted (1) under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq...
