Adjudication of appellant's guilt for the offense of aggravated assault of a peace officer was deferred and he was awarded five years probation. While on probation, appellant was indicted for indecency with a child. Appellant was acquitted by a jury on the indecency charges, the trial court in the aggravated assault case found the allegations...
