Appellant was convicted of capital murder, armed robbery, and conspiracy and received concurrent sentences of five years (conspiracy), twenty-five years (armed robbery), and death (murder). The sole aggravating circumstance was that the murder was committed while in the commission of a robbery while armed with a deadly weapon.
