City of Milwaukee Police Officers George Parker, Alexis West, and Jeffrey Maio appeal from the circuit court order granting summary judgment to the City of Milwaukee Board of Fire and Police Commissioners and Chief of Police Arthur Jones. The officers argue that the circuit court erred in concluding that even though Chief Jones suspended them for more than five days, the Board was not required to afford them...
