Having been initially convicted of six charges of cruelty to animals, in violation of R.C. 959.13(A)(1), misdemeanors of the second degree, defendant-appellant Anita Bybee appeals from the trial court's order committing her to five hundred and forty days of home incarceration for violating probation by failing to make restitution payments in excess of $117,625 to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty...
