Presently before the Court is a Motion For Temporary Restraining Order Or Preliminary Injunction (D.I.5) filed by Plaintiff, James W. Riley. By his Motion, Plaintiff requests the Court to issue an injunction requiring Defendants to treat inmates sentenced to death and confined in the maximum security unit the same as inmates in the general prison population.
