On December 18, 1991, Patrick Masino, Howard Messer, and Vahan Khachatrian (collectively "Appellants") were indicted for conspiracy to commit money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1957.1 Stephen Saccoccia was indicted pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 1957 for aiding and abetting the money laundering.
