STAPLETON, Circuit Judge:

Garlock, Inc. ("Garlock") and Owens Corning Fiberglas Corp. ("Owens") appeal the District Court's orders denying their motions to alter or amend a judgment holding them liable for Charles Greenleaf, Jr.'s injuries in this strict liability asbestos products action.
