STOUGHTON, J.

The petitioner, Michael Reddick, appeals from the denial of certification to appeal and from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm the habeas court's denial of the petition for certification to appeal and dismiss the petitioner's appeal.
