Olufemi Lukan filed suit against the North Forest Independent School District, Dr. Gloria S. Scott, and L.V. Brisco, alleging a free speech retaliation claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and a state law claim under the Texas Whistleblower Act. The district court denied the Appellants' motion for summary judgment on the ground of qualified immunity. We reverse.
