P. on its cause of action seeking reimbursement for credit issued for the account of defendant Czarnikow-Rionda Sugar Trading, Inc. ("CZR"). CZR requests that the court deny the motion, or in the alternative, defer the motion pursuant to Rule 56(f), F.R. Civ. P. to allow CZR to conduct discovery...
