Sheldon Solow and Steven M. Cherniak bring this interlocutory appeal alleging the trial court erred in denying their special appearances and holding them subject to personal jurisdiction in Texas. The plaintiffs Century Assets Corporation, Century Resources Land, L.L.C. and Edward R. Destefano brought suit against Solow and Cherniak for causes of action including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, anticipatory breach...
